Mobile App [Rakuten Bank App]

An application for smartphones designed to provide all bank functions and services for comfortable use 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It covers a variety of highly demanded services, from basic transactions such as deposit and withdrawal statements and transfers, to time deposits, foreign currency deposits, payment at convenience stores, asset management, and more. Dozens of customers were interviewed during development. Based on the responses, we repeated prototyping and user testing to design user-centered functions, such as recommendation and customization based on actual usage.
